The Secret to Success
Since 1988, we have become the leading organisation of the sector with our well-thought-out, confident steps following each other, knowing that every path we have walked since then is not and will not be a rose garden.
It was not easy to bring a company of more than a quarter of a century to these days. I knew that success requires perseverance… I started the fabric sector as a worker, not as a boss. The most positive aspect of starting from the ground up is the professional experience, sectoral knowledge and equipment that comes with it over the years. When we look at today, being a sought-after brand in fabric is our greatest pride, and this is a phenomenon that occurs spontaneously as we prove our quality, performance and experience to the market.
The trade that you do by only thinking about your own interests does not take you one step further. For more than 30 years, we have always taken care to add value to our sector by reflecting the experience we have gained in our business development style. We have built our co-operations on a win-win strategy according to a methodology that both parties will be satisfied.
‘Build your team well’
The secret of success is good management and the secret of good management is quality employees. The most important of the methods I apply by relying on my managerial experience is to work with a quality team that knows the job. It doesn’t matter how many people are in your team… One person, five people or a thousand people doesn’t matter, when I saw that always leaving the work to those who know the job brings success, I never gave up on this rule again. You should give initiative to people who come together with a sense of belonging. If you do not give initiative to your employees, after a while you realise that things start to get confused and slow down. When you are the decision-making mechanism for everything, you realise that you are doing everything yourself among dozens of employees. The right employee always helps us to reach the right target. For me, trusting people and establishing strong bonds with them are among the sine qua non for a company whose organisation chart is constantly growing.
People First
We continue to keep our policies of respect for the environment at the top of our agenda by putting profit in the second plan while producing, saying ‘people first’. We know how important it is to protect our future and we act accordingly. One of the most important principles of our company is to understand that closing our eyes to what we do not want will not change what exists and to take action in the face of the event… Especially to understand the world that changes every moment, to foresee rather than see what it wants and to take action in this direction is the only goal of J P INTERNATIONAL.
In this direction;
Compromise instead of resistance,
To Grow New Hopes instead of Despair,
Opening our horizons instead of looking ahead,
Exploring the World instead of Standing Still
I am of the opinion that succeeding instead of giving up will contribute more to all of us at the end of the day.
