J P INTERNATIONAL has a closed area of 27 thousand square metres with 8 thousand 200 square metres of knitting factory and 18 thousand 800 square metres of dyeing factory. In addition, our factory has an open area of 5 thousand square metres, including one thousand square metres in the knitting factory and 4 thousand square metres in the dyeing factory. Due to its location at the focal point of the international sales marketing and transport network, it provides logistical convenience to the exporting countries. Our factory, which continues its production with the latest system machinery, has a daily production capacity of 50 tonnes. Our company, which has more than 100 product range, responds to the demands of the sector with more than 400 employees. Our production processes are carried out in accordance with quality standards with our certificates accepted worldwide.
Our Paint Factory
In our chemistry laboratory located in our paint factory, we respond to the demands of our customers by using the most accurate and suitable sustainable dyestuffs and chemicals for our business. With the latest technology equipment and highly trained personnel, we aim to complete the colour studies requested by our customers within a maximum of three days (as soon as possible). As a priority in these works, the material to be dyed passes through the appropriate processes created. In order to offer our quality to our customers, cost, sustainability and reaching the right target at the first time are taken as reference in our processes.
